Upon completing her articling placement at a mid-sized firm in the surrounding GTA region and being called to the bar in June 2024, Holly became an associate lawyer at Creighton Law LLP. In her practice, she specializes in family law, assisting her clients in resolving issues of parenting time, decision making, child and spousal support and property matters.

Beyond the courtroom, Holly is dedicated to building lasting relationships with clients, offering compassionate counsel and a hands-on approach to resolving legal matters efficiently. She prides herself on her integrity, professionalism and commitment to achieving client goals.

Holly earned her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Windsor. Throughout law school, Holly was actively involved in Legal Assistance of Windsor, a community legal clinic aimed at providing legal services to low-income members of the Windsor-Essex region. Holly was also granted a student research fellowship with the Law Commission of Ontario (LCO), where she conducted, drafted and edited legal and policy research on pressing law reform issues. Holly’s contributions are contained in the LCO’s Accountable AI report published in June 2022.

Prior to law school, Holly obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Public Policy from the University of Guelph, where she was awarded the Dean’s List each year.

Holly strives to achieve successful outcomes for her clients through negotiating settlements, courtroom advocacy and offering strategic counsel. Holly understands that every matter is unique and personal, which is why she takes the time to listen to her clients’ concerns, answer questions and keep them informed every step of the way. She believes that transparent communication and a deep understanding of client goals are key to a successful solicitor-client relationship.
